Tuesday, October 17, 2023 - Acker Vega Sicilia dinner with Pablo Álvarez (Asador Bastian): 75/79/81. A more red fruited edition with an array of toasted herbs. This is texturally lithe and dances across the palate with length and precision. Seamless and elegant.
