Friday, August 19, 2011 - I seriosly enjoy this wine. The bouquet reminds of a lemon sorbet with creamy vanilla. For a grauburgunder it has a striking minerality. On the palate its quite structured. It should last for a couple more years, but I have just one out of six bottles left.
