Saturday, December 26, 2015 - Post-Christmas Get Together (Mostly Loire Whites and Southern Rhone Reds) (San Francisco): Light yellow. This was a "smell the citrus, taste the stone" sort of Chablis. All of the fruit seems to be on the nose with a medium weight, all crushed rock palate profile. Impressive village level wine that has not only lasted well but developed more dimension.
