Sunday, March 17, 2024 - Tried it again at McGregor. We didn't know a lot about this wine early on. It is now a much different wine. We decanted it for about an hour. Deep dark fruits cherries, cranberry nice firm tannins. Tannins have softened a lot since we last drank it in 2015. Finish is smooth and the wine is much more balanced. Finish starts out a little sharp but smooths out nicely. These wines seem to age well.
