Sunday, May 29, 2016 - Dinner at Trelio (Clovis Ca.): Sweet botrytis honeyed fruit...more toned down though...yet crisp with fresh lemon/ pineapple acidity....orange marmalade, white flowers, creme brulee crust....always a perfect way to end the night!
