Sunday, March 20, 2011 - Lovely champagne. Good pop with a nice flanged cork and fine bubbles with clear, straw color. There is a chalk nose. When very cold, it has the taste of burnt caramel followed by brioche and peach ending with citrus. As it warms, the peach comes to the fore. I can see that this would age well. 65% chardonnay, 35% pinot noir.
