Saturday, November 28, 2015 - From magnum, decanted at 3 pm and drunk over the next 6 hours. Deep dark garnet. Plenty of earth, tobacco, leather and red and black berris in the nose. Soft and rich mouth feel flavors reflect the nose with some chocolate on the finish. Probably best at about the 3-4 hour period. Enjoyed by all.
