Monday, March 29, 2010 - Opened for the 1st Seder. AP #19-77. My first time with AP#19 but just as great as the AP#14 has been. Great balance of components with sweetness being mild and held in check by higher acidity than one would normally expect of a '76. Beautiful green apple aromas. Medium bodied on the palate but delicate in the mouth at the same time. Long on the finish. A great start to the meal. 50+14+14+9.5+9.5 = 97
