Friday, September 3, 2021 - Base of neck fill. Cork came out in one piece but was soaked through. complex nose with spice and very volatile lift. Palate is smooth, with a nice salted caramel edge, but is not very even with a slight dip in the middle. Finishes long with a hint of licorice.
