Monday, November 20, 2023 - Expressive nose with no decant. A whack of dill together with black cherry, dried cranberry and coconut. Layers of cigar box, forest floor and leather. Medium to full bodied on the the palate with ample acidity and well resolved tannins. Persistent tart cherry and dill on the finish. Fully mature and delicious now. No rush but why wait.

WSET Notes:

Medium garnet.

Pronounced on the nose with black cherry, blackberry, coconut, dill, dried cranberry, cedar, tobacco, forest floor, vanilla pod, leather. Fully developed.

Pronounced and dry on the palate with tart cherry coming through. Medium body, medium alcohol, high acidity, medium tannins, long finish.

Can drink now but has potential for ageing.
