Saturday, October 9, 2010 - We opened this wine after a long spell. The nose still appears to be intake with dark caramel notes, think suger daddy candies, vanilla, coco, and a strong note of alcohol.
Astringent, but still hanging on to texture and body. Fruit is gone, but a sweet complexity under the dryness.
