Friday, May 7, 2010 - Nice nose. Good tannins, great on the front end. Reminiscent of a Northern Rhone Syrah. I don't think there's much (of any) residual sugar in this. Not syrupy, but the finish is definitely tart, and somewhat pruny. An excellent pairing for a rib eye steak.
