Saturday, August 21, 2010 - Last bottle was totally overrun with VA, which never totally blew off. This one was a different story. Aerated for 8+ hours, showing black fruit, vanilla, cedar, and woodsy notes. Drinks much more smooth than its cousin Babylon, and is likely a go for near-term drinking with appropriate aeration. Surprisingly balanced and deft, though still strong and surefooted.
