Tuesday, August 9, 2016 - Opened and let breath in bottle for 5 hours. This wine is extremely dark and smells of cardamom, clove, coffee, and dark fruits. On the palate, flavors of pomegranate, plum, cranberry and spice. Bold, but smooth tannins with a nice long finish. Ready to drink now, but should last another 3 to 5 years. Great with a sirloin steak!
