Wednesday, May 13, 2015 - Opened to have with Gianluca's excellent tonnarelli w porcetta. Unfortunately, this bottle had noticeable cork taint, which inhibited enjoyment/focus. But I nonetheless had a clear vision of a very young wine with decades of life in front of it. I probably won't open the next bottle for 5-ish years.
