Friday, November 22, 2013 - A Few Bottles with a Casual White Truffle Dinner (Chez Gordon - Chicago IL): Lots of big apple flavors, aromas. Fresh and bright with a bready note starting to come through stylistically. Very good now.

11/23/2013 4:36:00 PM - Slimes- I don't know the disgorgement date but very rarely find discernible differences in vintage Champagne based on disgorgement date. Totally different for NV Champagne.
