Thursday, November 4, 2010 - On opening, dark in the glass, served blind, to me smelled like a Cab or Cab blend. Delicious flavors of red and darker fruits, with the red dominating.. some brambliness that added complexity and interest. Really a deep wine with a strong, pleasant finish that lingered. On day 2, this continued to show well, smooth and complex and layered. On day 1 we had this with linguini with a red sauce; on day 2 it was paired with home-made `taco bell' tacos. One of those wines I will remember for a long time for its uniqueness.
