Monday, August 29, 2011 - Popped and poured. Nice and refreshing crisp nose of lemon grass, pear, papaya, grapefruit, and stones, along with a touch of caramel. Tons of passion fruit comes across on the palate, as well as fresh kiwi and tart lemon peel. An enjoyable easy drinking Sauv Blanc, with medium+ acidity. Well balanced, with a medium finish ending with tart lemon and some guava. Good.
