Monday, October 29, 2012 - Soft tannins, smooth wine. French restraint and acidity. It's a fine example of a wine style I don't go for. Prefer Californian Pinot every day. But this is a good, round, restrained, soft French pinot. Served two bottles. Decanting makes a huge difference. No one commented on either bottle.
