Tuesday, March 10, 2015 - James Q Wine Dinner (No Menu Boon Tat Street Singapore): A good opener for the an evening of tasting. Not stunning but has consistent flavours of ripe fruit, chocolate, coal, leather, tar. Its like a tune up of the palette before moving to the main attractions.
