Sunday, February 28, 2016 - excellent, viscous and apparently eternal - maple, brown sugar, molasses, some aged Madeira character (without the lime and acidity), it is hard to not drink this now, but it has a long life ahead. It is intense and a small glass with dessert is perfect.
