Friday, May 8, 2020 - Drank and used as vanilla gelato topping for a week. The most perfect companion to a cream dessert I can think of. They play against one another so perfectly. As a drink it is so intense it might overwhelm. I am used to these so the intensity doesn't usually get to me, but this one was really almost too much so I found it more enjoyable in small amounts to savor which is how a 375 lasts a week. The flavors are maple, pecans, figs & dates and a citrus note to cut it just a bit. However, the finish seems eternal so the small tastes are worth it.
