Monday, February 21, 2011 - What a pleasure to taste this wine. Bought, blind, on auction. Very aromatic. Cherries, tropical fruit, marzipan and lots of backbone. Decanted 1 hour before, and that helped. Long and fruity aftertaste. Not very strong on tannins, but ok for now. Questionable how it will perform in the long run.
