Monday, December 13, 2010 - Tight at first, but opened up wonderfully over some time (1/2 hour or so). Nice balance of black cherry with minerals - so French. Decent finish. Not much of a nose though, although that could have been because it hadn't completely opened. Enjoyed with grilled flank steak w/ onions.
