Friday, April 24, 2015 - bright, clear red color, clean fresh fruit (red currant at first, and then deepened into cherry after about an hour), some mushroom notes in the background. Paired very well with spiced venison. Overall impression was light and bright, with hints of more complex aromas appearing from time to time.
