Friday, March 16, 2012 - I really enjoyed this Pinot with food and as a stand-alone drinker. I habitually decant every wine I open and this was no exception. I tasted a sip before aerating and decanting and it was very nice even then. After decanting about 30 minutes, it mellowed out even more and was excellent with a spicy shrimp dish.
