Friday, March 30, 2012 - Ruth needed some white for cooking and decided to try with our shrimp and tomato dish. She says that it gets better every time she has it. Crisp and refreshing. It seems to be losing some of that sweetness that we noted in the earlier bottles. Maybe recorked in the fridge for a day helped.
