Saturday, December 6, 2014 - This is not a pop n pour. Initially, comes across with good acidity, but thin and one dimensional. After 30 minutes of decanting, the Napa Cab profile emerges on both nose and palate. After 60 min, you have a gem here. Will last another 1 to 2 years. Do not be afraid to decant.
