Saturday, February 5, 2011 - Very pure notes of stewed strawberries and raw meat that become olive tapenade and raspberry liqueur with some air contact. Full-bodied but very fresh, the mid-palate and finish could both be a bit more pronounced. Outstanding nonetheless. Am hopeful it'll flesh out with some cellar time.
