Sunday, December 4, 2022 - Light to medium body. Ever so slightly browning robe. Dominant nose and palate flavor is strawberry and spice. This is not quite in balance yet. It turns thin and tannic on the mid palate and into the finish. Suggest waiting to early 2024 before opening; that’s what I plan to do.
