Wednesday, June 12, 2013 - Dry rub herbs, dry weeds, Funky brett in the form of band-aid and potting soil; stewed fruits and pot-pouri; soft and silky and a medium bodied; concentrated herbal notes (sage), dense cooked fruits at its core; some cured meats, anise with fine tannins and medium finish. Went back and forth on this. does seem to be trying to find its character. Classic, but a bit funky, lighter vintage. Will be interesting to see if this improves with time, or goes down hill. Try in 2-3 years. 90-91
