Monday, October 6, 2014 - PnP and drank over 2hrs. Rather effervescent with a bit of brett. Not your typical full bodied CNDP due to the nature of the vintage. More on the elegant side. Fine tannins with good freshness. Cherries and strawberries overlaid with spice and some gaminess. Medium finish. Ready to drink now but should hold at this level for a couple of years.
