Saturday, January 24, 2015 - Quite spritzy upon opening, needed a good shake to get out the fizz. This left the bottle a little flabby, but nice red fruits, barnyard funk, and tons of spice cake. Typical Pegau in a lighter, accessible style. Tons of bottle variation here, which in my experience may be due to importer.
