Sunday, November 8, 2015 - No detailed note. Slow O for about two hours. Absolutely in a great place and drinking very well. The fruit has come forward a bit, opening with raspberry and rhubarb that is mixing quite nicely with the garrigue and spices. It'll hold for quite some time but has achieved a nice balance of flavors at the moment.
