Monday, March 2, 2015 - Transparent golden yellow color. A little rim variation and a little sediment. No flaws. Low fruit and earth intensity. Aroma of apple, pears, lemon, lime, banana and pineapple. Come creamy butter and caramel aroma as well. Dry. Medium acid. Low tannin. Medium alcohol. Short finish. Opened up better after one hour. Then, the big surprise. Had two glasses left. Returned to the bottle at 7 hours after cork pulled. Wine was amazing. Seven hours of breathing made the color more yellow, restored the nose and flavors intensified. Would recommend you taste a glass first, then, let this big wine breathe. Ready to drink.
