Monday, July 9, 2012 - Pineapple, lemon, and mineral nose; slightly oily texture, laser sharp precision and purity, big minerals and oyster shells; the long finish is perfectly balanced and very smooth. Very hard to beat for $25. It looks like several tasters here didn't wait long enough, but this is drinking sublimely now.
