Friday, May 1, 2015 - Very pale yellow in color. After about 30 minutes in the glass the nose opens up to showcase classic chalk, sea-shells, flowers, orange and meyer lemon zest and minerals. The palate is a touch more ripe and round with good definition to the honeyed citrus fruit, medium+ acidity, tons of minerals and a lovely white flower aroma in the mouth. Very enjoyable and a bargain to boot.
