Saturday, January 30, 2021 - This bottle seemed in better shape than the previous we drank in 2020, even if the cork disintegrated and we had to strain and decant and strain again. As with the earlier bottle, t still quite focused and evolved. Blackberry-raspberry fruit, spice, just some oak, some black truffle. Tonight the cola notes were really singing.
