Monday, July 19, 2021 - Needed a decant, it started with a sour light fruit note. With a lot of air 2 hours later it stared to really come around with a nose of roses and strawberries. On the palate it stared to mellow up. Tannins got finer and it was a lot more balanced on the palate. This was a beautiful wine and likely to only improve with more cellar time.
