Thursday, July 8, 2004 - Consumed at home with pork tenderloin. Bright disc. Medium ruby robe with red rim. Clean nose, showing and initial whiff of brett which blows off after approximately 15 minutes. The nose then opens to show aromas of black raspberries, damp earth and cardamom. Medium-bodied on the palate, with medium acidity, medium sweet tannins and similar flavors as for the nose. Medium, smooth finish. Very nice value when purchased at the sale price of $10!
