Sunday, January 13, 2013 - Deep gold in colour with a medium intense nose.

Positives: Medium+ toasted oak, toasted marshmallows, lemon, green apple, cinnamon, cloves and limestone. Medium+ body with good acidity, a fairly long length & the alcohol is well integrated.

Negatives: A touch too sour on the finish.

Drink now on its own but will pair better with crab Alfredo.
