Saturday, April 4, 2015 - Feared that perhaps I had waited too long to drink this. 7 years for KB multiple vineyard blends is a long time. No decanting. Opened it up and still a beautiful ruby red and instantly smiled at the beautiful nose of raspberries and a touch of spice. Medium body with a beautiful, smooth and elegant feel. Nice finish, though I was hoping for a bit longer. No sign of any tannin in my bottle and immediately drinkable. I now know why this was in Wine Spectator Top 100 in 2010. Great example of how patience can pay off as previous bottles of this left less of an impression.
