Wednesday, December 16, 2015 - decanted for 3 hrs then began consuming 2 hrs later. This is very elegant style/burgundian, silky tannins; lighter red fruit in line with the Cab Franc profile. Quite dark in color but the taste is the opposite. Not real sure of its ageability as it's very resolved now.
