Sunday, August 21, 2016 - I guess I am lucky enough to have my half-dozen bottles from the center of the GOOD Garagiste palette. Cellar storage has been kind to my bottles, and the strawberry-cherry, barely raspberry, has softened to the point that it is currently delivering all I ask in a good Spanish red; the acid, tannin and fruit to match up with a perfectly medium-rare Steak Fiorentina.
I AM a Grenache whore, but that said, there is really nothing NOT-to-like in my bottles in their present state.
I have 3 bottles left, which I will drink in the next 2-3 years.
