Thursday, August 3, 2023 - SaiMai Thai and riesling (Chicago, IL): Thick, oily, textural riesling at its finest, really. Clean fruit with bright freshness that I really like; not much sense of botrytis here either. Absolutely impressive, powerful stuff.
