Sunday, April 15, 2012 - All-sauternes dinner (Jardiniere, SF): Copper-rusty brown colored; copper, metallic; fabulous balance with apricot, caramel, absolutely lovely acidity. This is a stellar wine, a unique once-in-a-lifetime experience, and possibly even young for its age. Superb!
