Wednesday, December 23, 2009 - Start off by agreeing with other notes that this may be too young to see its full potential. I can see improvements in its future. Feminine complexity in terms that it is big fruit underneath but subtle at the same time. A few different floral notes in the background. You keep expecting the pepper to take over but it stays integrated as well. Nothing really overpowers another on the nose. Mud, earth, and slight game are also present. The acidity really sings at this point. Long finish. The best thing about this is the craft in its making. You get the feeling, she really focused on intermixing as many flavors as possible w/o sacrificing any one aroma or subtlety.
