Monday, March 31, 2014 - Day one - tightly wound and not letting anything show.
Day two - skipped
Day three - Eureka. Beautiful nose of many different dark red fruits, maybe even a little cinnamon, lovely. Excellent on the palate as well. Finally showed what its all about. Relatively short finish though and a touch of heat (alcohol) but that only makes me think this will age quite well for a few more years. I really liked it. Want more. But if drinking now, keep open for like 36 hours + first.
