Tasted a splash from the bottle and this wine screams DECANTER. as we finished up the boneless leg of lamb on the grill, the wine rested in the magnum decanter for another 45 mins. We drank over 2.5 hours and it got better as it continued to soften the edges just a bit on the palate. Dark Berries are primary, oak an d pepper secondary. Really paired well with the lamb.
