Wednesday, March 14, 2012 - Garnet-red. Cherry candy, pepper, and carmelized sugar nose. Medium bodied, over-baked rhubarb pie, toasted oak, some grainy tannins, dark chocolate, and a short sweet finish. A little of this goes a long way with me.
